Reach Inclusive Arts Annual General Meeting took place on the 4th December at 6.10pm in the lower foyer of the Wyvern Theatre, Theatre Square, Swindon SN1 1QN. The AGM was followed by The Christmas sharing, an opportunity for attendees to sample some of the work produced by Reach Inclusive Arts project groups. The evening included contributions from project groups and an exhibition of work by The Crafty Friends Tuesday morning art group. Those who attended were entertained by a magical performance from our theatre group, Partners, who all have disabilities. It was a Pantomime version of Hansel & Gretel meet Mary Berry and was highly comedic and enjoyed by all.
At the conclusion of the AGM part of the evening Mark Smart was unanimously voted back as the charity’s chair for a further year.
Volunteers from AFL supplied us all with refreshments and helped to set up and clear away at the end of the evening.
Reach project participants, trustees and staff would like to thank all those who supported our AGM and Christmas Sharing. The evening concluded with festive carol singing led by Kath Lucas on keyboards.
